Features

Everything it takes to get a client’s paperwork in.

From the first form to the record you keep afterward. Every plan includes all of it, the smallest too.

Forms

Forms that ask the way you do

Questions and document requests in one list, in the order you would ask them across the desk.

  • Start from a ready-made form

Onboarding and annual reviews for advisors, a tax organizer, loan documents, buyer and seller onboarding, and a home and auto quote, each ready to rename and edit.

  • Every kind of question

Text, numbers, amounts, dates, choices, addresses and Social Security numbers, alongside requests for documents and statements to acknowledge.

  • Sections that repeat

Ask about one account, one child or one property, and let the client add another as many times as they need.

  • Questions that appear only when they apply

Show a question when an earlier answer calls for it — on up to three earlier answers, all of them or any.

  • Your own templates

Save a form you have refined and start the next one from it.

  • Describe a form and have it drafted

Say who it is for and what you need, and a draft appears for you to change or undo.

  • Your own PDFs, filled in

Mark where the answers go on a PDF of your own, and each client’s copy is filled from their profile.

Sending

Sending, and chasing for you

Each request is addressed to a named client, so you always know who has what outstanding.

  • A request with your own message

One link per client, with a due date if you want one, that you can cancel without touching anyone else’s.

  • Several people, one request

Ask the client, their CPA and their attorney in one request. Each answers only their own part from a link of their own, with no account, and you see who has finished.

  • Reminders that go out on their own

Up to three, sent during your working hours rather than at dawn, and stopped the moment the client finishes.

  • Send it later

Line a request up to go out on a day you choose.

  • Links and reminders by text

Text a client their link, their reminders and their signing code.

  • One form to your whole client list

Send the annual update to every client at once, each as its own request.

  • Import clients from a spreadsheet

Bring your client list in rather than typing it. A spouse or a household on the same row comes in as one client group.

  • Requests that repeat

Send a form again every month, quarter or year, without remembering to.

  • In Spanish for clients who prefer it

The form’s buttons, messages, emails, texts and e-signature disclosure are in Spanish, and each question can carry your own Spanish wording.

The client’s side

Nothing for the client to set up

The fewer steps between the email and the upload, the more clients finish.

  • No account, no password, no app

A link opens the form on a phone, a tablet or a computer.

  • Save and come back

Progress is kept as they go, so a statement fetched from a drawer tomorrow is added to the same form.

  • Their phone is the scanner

For a paper document, the form scans it with the phone’s camera: it finds the page, straightens it, cleans it up, and sends several pages as one PDF. There is no app to install.

  • A code hands the page to their phone

A client at a desk with the paper in their hand points their phone at a code under the question. The form opens there, and what they scan appears on the computer.

  • Photos that just work

A photo is resized on the phone before it uploads, and one reply can carry up to 100 files.

  • Mistakes caught while they are there

An unreadable photo, or a document that is not the one asked for, is flagged before they move on.

  • One place for everything you sent them

A client enters their email, receives a code, and finds their open requests, the documents you gave them and what they signed, from every firm that uses us.

  • Your firm, not ours

The form carries your logo, your color and your contact details.

Reviewing

Knowing what came back, and what did not

Every request is tracked item by item, so “4 of 7” means you can see which three are missing.

  • Each document identified and checked

Classified as it arrives, its key figures pulled out, and checked for the year it covers, how recent it is or whether it has expired, where the request asks.

  • The submission summarized

Who sent what and what is still missing, in a sentence at the top.

  • Accept or send back each document

Mark each one accepted, or send the request back asking for exactly what is missing.

  • Unfinished work stays private

While a client is still filling a form in, you see how far they have got, never what they have typed.

  • Someone responsible for each request

Assign a request to a colleague, and see at a glance what needs you.

  • A morning summary

An email at eight, your time, with what arrived and what is waiting — for anyone who turns it on.

  • Next steps that happen on their own

When a form is finished, a signature is in or someone becomes a client, send the next form, mark them a client, or assign a colleague.

  • Reports

How complete each client’s profile is, the accounts you know about, and where every request stands.

Client profiles

Answers that carry forward

What a client tells you once is kept on their profile, and the next request starts from it.

  • A profile that fills itself in

Addresses, dates of birth, employers and accounts are gathered from the forms a client answers.

  • Figures from documents, with your say-so

Figures read from a statement are offered to the profile, and only the ones you tick are kept.

  • The next form arrives filled in

A client confirms what you already know rather than typing it again.

  • Client groups

Group the people who belong together, as a family or a business, and follow each client group from prospect to client.

  • A vault for each client

The trust, the will, last year’s return: documents worth keeping stay with the client group until you remove them, and you choose who in the group can see them or add to them.

  • Tags in your own words

Tag clients, requests, forms and documents with words like “Q4 annual review”, then see everything with a tag on one page.

Signatures

Signatures, and your own documents

Collect a signature in the same link as everything else, and send clients your own documents with a record of who received what.

  • Signing without an account

A client types their name and confirms it with a one-time code sent to them.

  • A record of every signing

When the code was sent, when they agreed and when they signed, made into a document you can download and the client is sent too, and dated by an independent timestamping service.

  • Everyone who needs to sign

A co-client, a trustee or a business partner signs the same agreement from a link of their own.

  • Your document library

Keep your agreements and disclosures in folders, with every earlier version kept.

  • Send a document to read, or to sign

Ask a client to acknowledge a document or sign it, and see who received which version, and when.

  • A new version to everyone who had the last

Update a disclosure once, and send it to every client who received the old one.

Records and security

A record you can hand over

Everything here is on every plan, the smallest included, because a firm has to keep its records whatever it pays.

How documents are stored and protected

  • A log nobody can edit

Every time a document is opened, downloaded or exported, it is recorded, and nobody, us included, can change or delete that record.

  • One client’s record in one download

Everything a client sent, signed and was sent, ready when an examiner or the client asks.

  • Your whole firm’s data, whenever you want it

Export everything, at any time, on any plan.

  • Kept until you say otherwise

Nothing is deleted by default. Choose a window — six years is one of the presets — and you are warned before anything goes.

  • Deletion that asks why

Erasing a client still inside your retention window needs a reason, and the reason is kept.

  • A copy for your archive

Every email and text sent to a client can be copied to your own archive address.

  • Encrypted, and kept in the US

Every document is encrypted in transit and at rest, under a key we manage ourselves. All of them are stored in a single United States region.

  • Never sold, never used to train AI

Your clients’ information is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used to train any model. Our data processing addendum commits us to all three.

  • Social Security numbers kept apart

Stored encrypted and shown as the last four digits. Only the people you allow can see the whole number, only after confirming their password, and every look is logged.

  • Uploads scanned for malware

A document is withheld until its scan comes back clean.

  • Sign-in you can require

Two-factor sign-in and passkeys for everyone. Or sign in with Google or Microsoft.

  • Require two-factor for the whole firm

Nobody reaches your clients’ documents on a password alone.

  • Roles that fit your team

Owners, admins and members, or roles of your own, so a paraplanner can work the inbox without being able to export it.

Connecting

Working with your other tools

Your data is reachable from the systems you already run.

  • An API on every plan

Read clients, client groups, profiles, requests and replies, add contacts and send forms from your own systems.

  • Webhooks

Be told when a request is sent, a reply arrives or is complete, a profile changes or a signing finishes. Every message is signed and retried if it fails.

  • Copy to Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox

Copy a client’s documents into your firm’s own drive, in a folder for each client.

See it with one of your own clients
