Choose a plan by the size of your practice. Every plan includes the full product and your whole team, and none charges per seat. If you grow past your plan, each client more is a small monthly charge, and we tell you when moving up would cost less.

Monthly limits
An AI check reads up to 10 pages of a document, so a 30-page statement uses three; drafting a form with AI uses 2. Asking the assistant uses none. Most firms use a fraction of their checks.

Each active client past your plan adds 3 AI checks and 2 texts to these.
Each additional active client is 50¢ a month, and storage past your allowance is 20¢ a gigabyte a month. Texts are included and never billed.
Your first workspace trials on Practice and chooses a plan when the trial ends; one you open after that needs a plan before it sends. Change plan whenever you like; a move up is charged the difference right away, a move down is credited.
Growing past your plan
Nothing stops unless you ask it to. A client past your plan is 50¢ a month,an AI check past your plan's is 15¢, with a monthly cap if you want one, texts are included and never billed, and you choose when to move up.
What counts as an active client
One entry on your Clients list — a person or a client group — that you sent a request to, or that sent you something, in the last 12 months. A couple counts once, and so does a business with several contacts. Importing your contacts counts nobody. A client you worked with once stays counted for 12 months after; their records stay for as long as you keep them.
Serving more clients than your plan includes
Each active client past your plan's is 50¢ a month, and brings 1 GB of storage, 3 AI checks and 2 texts with it, so nothing else runs short as you grow. 173 clients on Practice is $69 plus 23 × 50¢ — $80.50 in all. You're billed on the most clients you served at once in the month, so a client added on the 28th counts that month, and one you stop working with does not undo the month you served them. We tell you before you send to the first one past your plan.
When a larger plan costs less
Practice costs less than Essential from 131 clients; Growth costs less than Practice from 311 clients; Firm costs less than Growth from 651 clients. We never move you: the billing page and one email a month say so once it would save you money, and you decide.
Holding more than your plan includes
Storage past your allowance is 20¢ a gigabyte a month, charged by the day. Nothing is ever deleted or refused to make room. Six years of records for forty clients is under five gigabytes, so a firm keeping what it needs rarely meets this.
Serving thousands of clients
Past 2,500 active clients, talk to us about a contract and moving your records in. Nothing stops at that number.

Everything, on the smallest plan too: a complete record, and the tools for working at volume or as a team. A larger plan is for more clients, with more included for them.

Zocks

Professional, $117 a month per person. Billed annually. The first plan that fills intake and onboarding forms.
Zocks is an AI assistant for advisors that fills intake, fact-finder and onboarding forms from what is said in client meetings.
- What it reads.
- Document Intelligence, on Ultimate only, reads documents uploaded to it and pulls out client and financial details. We found nothing on its pricing page about clients sending documents to it themselves.
- When it is the better choice.
- If most of what you gather comes up in conversation rather than on paper, Zocks is built for that.

Jump is an AI meeting assistant for advisors, with notes, follow-ups and CRM updates, and client onboarding sold as an add-on to it.

- If meeting notes and CRM updates cost you more time than gathering documents does, Jump is built for that, and onboarding comes with it.

Questions
- Do I pay for each person?
- No. Invite everyone, assistants and operations staff included. For 5 people, a per-seat tool at $50–$90 a person comes to $250–$450 a month. Practice is $69 for all of them. The tools by name are compared above.
- Which plan do I need?
- The one that holds the clients you serve. Every plan has every feature and keeps a complete record, so the choice is only how many clients. If you grow past it, each client more is 50¢ a month, and we tell you when moving up would cost less. Change plan whenever you like.
- How much can a client send?
- Each file can be up to 20 MB. One submission can hold 100 files, or 500 MB in all — far more than onboarding a client needs. Photos are resized on the phone before they upload, so most arrive well under the limit.
- How do I build my first form?
- From a starter form — a ready-made set of questions and document requests for advisors, tax preparers, lenders, real estate agents or insurance agencies — which you rename and edit. Or describe the form and have AI draft it, on every plan; a draft is 2 of the month's AI checks.
- Can I turn the reading off?
- Yes, in your workspace settings, on any plan. Documents then arrive unread and nothing about your plan changes.
- How does the trial work?
- 14 days on Practice, with no card, for the first workspace you open. Nothing is charged during it: AI checking pauses at that plan's allowance until you subscribe, and documents still arrive. Nothing is deleted when it ends.
