Copying every email and text sent to your clients to your archiving service.
Many firms must keep their written communications with clients, and most do it through an archiving service that gives them an address to copy mail to. Name that address and a copy of every email and text sent to your clients goes there.
Only the workspace owner can set it.
We then email a link to that address. Nothing is copied there until somebody at it opens the link and clicks Confirm this address, because each copy carries your clients' working links and a mistyped address would send them to a stranger. The settings page says the address is waiting until then, and while it waits, copies keep going to the address you had before, if any. The link works for seven days; save the address again to send a new one.
If your archiving service doesn't show you the mail it receives, ask it for the confirmation email, or set the address to your own inbox first to see how a copy looks.
Every email sent to a client as your firm is copied as it goes out. Each text is sent to the archive as an email of its own once it goes out, and so is each text a client sends you. Sign-in codes are never copied.
Clear Archive address and click Save. Copies stop at once, with no confirmation needed.
Every change to the address, and every new address asked for, is recorded in the audit log.
